You will initially go to our “Contact Us” tab and reach out to let us know what type of transaction you have and what services you require. Then, you will email to andrea@tcofemeraldcoast your purchase and sale agreement and any related documentation/information pertaining to the transaction. We will acknowledge receipt of your new request via email and begin work immediately. We will keep you apprised of all updates and offer transparency.

 You pay when the transaction closes. If the transaction does not close, you do not pay.
